a couple of runs to and from work today.. 4.8k. i am running at a slightly faster pace. the wound has pretty much sealed up so i can start to run more aggresively without the fear of causing more blood. there's still some swelling so i have to still be careful.
hoping to get in a fairly long run this weekend in the 20-25k range at a fairly slow pace.. should be very interesting to see how my endurance is..
