one of my dad's best friends is apparently on his last legs of life. really sad. you just never know when your time is up. never take life for granted...
13K for me, including a run to the dentist, which was a routine check up.
gonna try to make it 13k minimum for a while and see how it goes.. likely run longer on weekend days. no swim today but will swim tomorrow..
