well, even with rather serious back pain, i managed to get myself to work with a full sprint! the day was rather boring, but i am starting to feel a little more comfortable at least (i have been there long enough that it doesn't feel totally 'new' anymore).
nice walk at lunch and then a run to the pool afterwards, where i had a very strong 3.5k swim in 71 minutes. throw in a run to the store to get milk and i have a complete day! i hope this back pain won't stick around. it's probably caused by stress.
