well, at least today turned out to be fairly good, at least compared to the rest of the month so far. i got out for a light 12.5k of running, and had a slow but steady 2k in the pool. i also managed to get some grocery shopping done, and had visits with ducks at kent's and burton's pond (twice); as well as a visit with Kim and her family for some tea. the highlight was getting to cuddle with Kim's cats Oreo and Garfield, who are very lovely!
i am hoping that the week ahead will be better physically and emotionally than the last two have been.
