i had a much-needed sleep-in on saturday. i lounged around the home for most of the day. it was nice to be home for a weekend after so many road trips in a row! i think my cats were confused as to why i was home all day too.. lol i went out for a light 11.5k afternoon run that i ran at a very gentle pace. my knees were still recovering from a very hilly wednesday run. hoping for another good sleep and a slightly more serious run on sunday.
