Well, i am finally starting to pick up the pace. 188.8k for April, giving me my best month of the year. i had an amazing 16.4k tempo run today, with some great speed drills. i am really starting to come into form. planning a nice long slow distance run tomorrow morning as my official tune up for the big 3 marathons later in the month. looking forward to another amazing May!
